- 4 Regal Springs Tilapia loins
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 egg
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup fish-fry batter mix
- Tartar sauce for serving

Classic fish and chips recipes are usually made with cod or halibut, but Tilapia works just as well. All you need to do is dredge a few Regal Springs Tilapia loins in egg wash, flour and your go-to batter mix—and fry! The result? A light, crispy fried fish meal the whole family will enjoy.
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat ½-inch canola oil over medium heat.
- Whisk water and egg together in a medium bowl to make egg wash.
- Cut Regal Springs Tilapia loins into 5-inch long pieces (about ¼-inch wide).
- Dredge each Tilapia piece in flour, dip in egg wash and dredge in dry batter mix.
- Pan-fry Tilapia in 350°F oil until golden and crispy
- Serve with your favorite side dish and tartar sauce.
