In a large pan, heat ½-inch canola oil over medium heat.
Whisk water and egg together in a medium bowl to make egg wash.
Cut Regal Springs Tilapia loins into 5-inch long pieces (about ¼-inch wide).
Dredge each Tilapia piece in flour, dip in egg wash and dredge in dry batter mix.
Pan-fry Tilapia in 350°F oil until golden and crispy
