In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lobster meat, ketchup, lemon juice (reserve 1 tbsp for the Tilapia), lemon zest, chives, mustard, Old Bay Seasoning and TABASCO® sauce. Set aside.
Season Regal Springs Tilapia fillets with salt and pepper, and brush with grape seed oil. In a hot skillet over an open grill, sear Tilapia until firm and flaky (about 3 minutes per side). Drizzle cooked Tilapia with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Brush inside of buns with mayonnaise and briefly toast on all sides.
To assemble your sliders, place a dollop of lobster sauce on the bottom of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, grilled Tilapia, and another dollop of lobster sauce. Close sandwich with tops of buns and serve immediately.
